B. Cancellation Before Development Begins

If you choose to engage NarneTech for website development, you have the right to cancel the project within 7 days from the date of confirmation or agreement (e.g., signing of the Memorandum of Understanding - MOU). If the cancellation occurs within this 7-day period and before any coding or development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.

C. Cancellation During Development

If you decide to cancel the project after the development work has begun, you will be responsible for paying for the milestones or phases of work completed up to the point of cancellation. The specific milestones and their associated costs will be outlined in the project agreement or MOU. Any payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.

Upon receiving your request:
• If the cancellation is within the 7-day period and before coding has started, we will process a full refund within 7-14 business days.
• If the cancellation occurs after development has begun, we will evaluate the completed milestones and provide a detailed breakdown of any applicable charges for work completed. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7-14 business days.

E. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as consultation fees, initial project setup costs, or third-party service fees (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees), may be non-refundable. These will be clearly outlined in the project agreement or MOU at the start of the project.
